Data-deletion instructions
Updated 18 September 2026
These instructions apply to D3LTA HQ and the Meta app D3lta HQ Integration.
Request deletion from HQ
- Email d3lta.officialmusic@gmail.com with the subject “D3LTA HQ data deletion”.
- Tell us which connected account, Page, Instagram profile or signup email the request concerns, and whether you want specific information or all associated HQ data removed. An account name or identifier helps us locate the records.
- We will verify your authority where necessary, identify the relevant records and respond within applicable legal deadlines. We will explain any information that must be retained for legal or security reasons.
Do not send passwords, access tokens or client secrets. This is a request handled by the D3LTA team; submitting an email is not an automatic deletion operation.
Revoke Meta access
Open Facebook Business Integrations, find D3lta HQ Integration, and use Meta’s removal controls. Business-managed access may also need to be removed in Meta Business Settings. Revoking access prevents future authorised use of that permission; it does not itself delete records already stored by HQ.
Google Drive and mailing-list data
You can review or revoke Google access in Google’s third-party connections. To remove HQ’s stored references or imported copies, include them in your deletion request. For mailing-list information, use your subscription email when contacting us so the team can handle the request in Openstage as well. You can unsubscribe separately using an email’s unsubscribe link.
What deletion does not do
Removing an HQ connection or record does not automatically delete original Drive files, social posts or campaigns held by other providers. It also does not pause running ads or stop their spend. Manage those campaigns in Meta Ads Manager before removing access if you want delivery to stop.
